The use of any KTS Systems LLC product or service indicates that you agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions stated within this document. You understand and acknowledge that you have the ability to obtain access to the website version with the purchase of a subscription.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept credit card payments only.

What is the billing process?

When you sign up for any of our recurring subscription plans, you will be billed every calendar month or yearly from the date of purchase until you decide to cancel the service.

Can I upgrade my subscription?

Yes. customers can upgrade from the KTS Systems LLC website. You can upgrade from a Pro Monthly to a Premium Monthly subscription as well as upgrade from a Pro Annual to a Premium Annual subscription. The amount due for a new subscription will automatically be prorated based on the amount of days used. Can I switch subscriptions?

Yes, you can switch subscriptions at anytime. Any subscription change will become effective on the next billing cycle.

What is the cancellation policy?

Customers can cancel their subscription at anytime. To cancel, please log into your account in Account Plan and click Cancel Subscription button. Email us at info@KTStrading.com if you have any questions or issues cancelling. KTS Systems LLC is not responsible for continued subscriptions should a client forget to cancel their account. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm the cancellation.

What is the refund policy?

All payments made are non-refundable and we do not offer pro-rated refunds.

Does KTS Systems LLC grandfather rates?

KTS Systems LLC appreciates continued support. Many of our customers have been with us with uninterrupted subscriptions for years and continue to enjoy their old, lower rates. However, if
a customer decides to change subscriptions or let their subscription lapse, the customer will need to re-purchase at the current rate.

Is there a free trial?

KTS Systems reserves the right to run free trials at it’s discretion.
